DE TOMASO AUTOMOBILI
a storied Italian Luxury Hypercar brand.
De Tomaso is a reputable Italian brand with more than 60 years of history in race car design and production. It has undergone a revival over the past decade and has successfully launched its new flagship vehicle in 2019 and also debuted a new track-focused hypercar in 2022.
FTAG Asset Management is the fund manager for FTAG De Tomaso Investment Fund (the “Fund”), a special purpose investment vehicle to invest exclusively into De Tomaso and to tap into the increasing global affluence and pursue high growth investments in the global luxury hypercar mobility sector. Proceeds from the Fund will be used by De Tomaso for product development, car production, marketing and strategic acquisitions.
FTAG Investment Bank Ltd will be Financial Advisor (FA) for the exit of our fund via trade sale or a listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
